Flexible, Confidential Support — In Person or Wherever You Are
Counselling is a deeply personal and transformative experience. My goal is to make it as accessible, comfortable, and flexible as possible—whether you’d like to meet in person at my practice, or connect remotely.
You can choose the format that feels right for you: face-to-face sessions at my practice, secure video calls, or phone counselling. Each option offers the same safe, supportive space—just in the way that best suits your needs.
In-Person Counselling
Meeting in person at my practice allows us to connect face-to-face in a comfortable, private setting. This can be especially helpful if you value being physically present, or find it grounding to step into a dedicated therapeutic space.
Online Counselling
(via Zoom, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp Video)
Online counselling gives you the flexibility of meeting from your home, office, or any quiet, private space with an internet connection. It’s a simple, convenient way to receive the same level of connection and support as an in-person session—without needing to travel.
Ideal if you:
Prefer the comfort of your own environment
Live in a remote or rural area
Have a busy schedule or limited mobility
Want flexibility with timing and location
Phone Counselling
If you find video calls overwhelming or simply prefer to talk without being on camera, phone counselling offers a discreet, focused way to connect. Without the visual component, many people find it easier to open up, reflect, and speak freely.
Ideal if you:
Prefer privacy or a less visual experience
Feel more at ease speaking than appearing on camera
Want to talk on the go or without needing a screen
Your Comfort Comes First
There’s no “right” way to begin therapy—only what works best for you. If you’re not sure which format feels right, I’m happy to talk it through with you. What matters most is that you feel supported, heard, and safe throughout the process.
Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a session. I look forward to connecting with you—in person or wherever you are.

Counselling is a personal and transformative experience, and my goal is to make it as accessible and comfortable for you as possible.
That’s why I offer three different ways for us to connect: face-to-face, online, or over the phone. Each option is designed with your needs in mind, so you can choose the one that best suits your life, comfort level, and preferences.
Here’s a brief overview of how we can work together:
Face-to-Face Counselling
Some people find the greatest comfort and connection when we meet in person. In these sessions, we’ll sit together in a calm, safe space, where non-verbal cues like body language and facial expressions add depth to our conversations. It’s a time for you to step away from the outside world and focus on yourself.
Perfect if you prefer that personal connection and appreciate the focused environment of an in-person session.
Online Counselling (i.e. Zoom or Facetime)
For those who need flexibility or prefer the comfort of their own space, online counselling allows us to connect face-to-face through a video call. Whether you’re at home, in the office, or anywhere with an internet connection, we can still have meaningful, face-to-face conversations, while you enjoy the convenience of meeting from wherever you are.
Perfect if you have a busy schedule, live in a remote area, or simply feel more comfortable sharing from your own space.
Phone Counselling
Phone counselling offers a way to connect in a more private, focused way. Without the need for visual interaction, we can concentrate entirely on our conversation. For many, this option feels less intimidating and offers the ultimate convenience of talking from anywhere—no technology required.
Perfect if you prefer more privacy, find video calls overwhelming, or need a session on the go.
Choosing What Works for You
Whether we meet in person, over video, or by phone, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable, supported, and ready to take this step toward personal growth. If you’re unsure which option feels right, we can explore what works best for you together. There’s no pressure—only the desire to help you feel safe and empowered on your journey.
However you choose to begin, I’m here to support you.
Feel free to reach out to schedule a session, ask any questions, or simply learn more about how we can work together. I look forward to meeting you, wherever you are.
