SUPERVISION

Choosing the right supervisor is a crucial step in ensuring ethically sound support for your clinical practice. To help you decide if I am the right fit for you, here is some key information about my background and approach to supervision.

As a BACP accredited and registered counsellor and certified integrative supervisor, I bring over 15 years of experience working with both individuals and groups in various settings (i.e. Women’s Trust London, Brunel University London and private practice).

Working Alliance

I believe that effective supervision provides a safe space for you to reflect on and explore issues that arise from your work as a therapist. You may wish to reflect on dynamics within your counselling room, discuss strategies and interventions and explore how you might support yourself and/or get support from others. This process is essential for maintaining ethical and therapeutic standards and benefiting both you and your clients.

Also, supervision supports you in gaining clarity and confidence as well as identifying areas for further development and training.

Services I offer

  • I offer monthly individual supervision, both in person, via phone or online (Zoom and FaceTime).
  • I also facilitate monthly group supervision (up to 4 attendees).

How we begin

I would be very happy to start our work together with a free phone conversation. This will give us the opportunity to discuss how we might work best together, explore expectations and requirements and arrange your first appointment.

Other settings I worked in

Brunel University > From 2009 till 2023 I worked as a supervisor with associate and trainee counsellors in individual and group settings.
