CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Supervision is not simply a professional requirement; it is a space to pause, think, and be supported in the depth and complexity of therapeutic work.

As counsellors, we hold powerful emotional material. At times the work feels clear and purposeful. At other times it can feel uncertain, heavy, or quietly overwhelming. Supervision offers a place where all of this can be explored thoughtfully and without judgement.

My Approach to Supervision

My approach is integrative and relational. I see supervision as a collaborative alliance grounded in curiosity, reflection, and professional integrity.

In our work together, you will have space to:

  • Reflect deeply on client work

  • Explore relational dynamics and unconscious process

  • Consider ethical questions with clarity

  • Acknowledge moments of doubt or impasse

  • Strengthen your clinical confidence and professional voice

I aim to provide a space that feels both supportive and gently challenging — safe enough for honesty, and robust enough for growth.

Supervision should not only safeguard your clients; it should also sustain and develop you as a practitioner.

Who I Work With

I work with counsellors at different stages of their professional journey, including:

  • Trainee counsellors

  • Newly qualified therapists

  • Experienced practitioners

  • Counsellors developing or sustaining private practice

Whether you are building confidence, navigating complexity, or seeking deeper reflection in your work, supervision can offer steadiness and clarity.

Individual and Group Supervision

I offer both individual supervision and small supervision groups.

Sessions provide a protected, reflective space where clinical material can be explored in depth. Group supervision also offers the richness of shared perspectives, professional dialogue, and mutual support.

Supervision is available:

  • Online across the UK

  • In person in London (W11)

  • In person in Truro, Cornwall

Initial Conversation

Finding the right supervisor is important. The supervisory relationship should feel grounded, collaborative, and professionally containing.

I offer an initial conversation so we can explore your needs, expectations, and whether my supervision approach feels like a good fit for you.

You are warmly welcome to get in touch.
