HELLO!
I’m originally from Zurich, Switzerland, and have lived in cities such as Geneva, San Francisco, and Hamburg. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for different cultures and inspired me to create a welcoming, inclusive space for all my clients. I believe everyone deserves to feel understood, respected, and valued, and it’s important to me that you feel comfortable in our work together.
Before counselling, I worked in the music industry as an international marketing manager, experiences that strengthened my understanding of people and inspired me to support others more directly.
My journey into counselling began at the Metanoia Institute in London, where I earned a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, validated by Middlesex University. Since then, I’ve qualified in:
Couples counselling
Somatic trauma work
Integrative supervision
Cognitive hypnotherapy
Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP)
A career highlight has been co-facilitating a stress management course at Brunel University London, helping students navigate exam stress and build resilience.
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions, supporting clients across the UK and Europe. My approach is integrative and person-centred, creating a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply seeking clarity, I’m here to help you uncover your strengths and work toward meaningful change.
I also offer a free initial phone consultation, and a limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available — please feel free to enquire when contacting me. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
